The Clark Avenue Company's financial industry list includes individuals in every investment firm, as well as the financial media; ► Written evaluation of efficacy of corporate information (reports, press releases, websites, etc.) and suggested revisions where necessary; and ► Writing and editing of: - Corporate profiles; - Annual and quarterly reports; - Press releases; - Business plans; and - Visual presentations (slide shows, websites).
FOUR STEP PROGRAM
The Clark Avenue Company's Four Step method ensures that targeted individuals (brokers and select investors) become aware of your company and will continue to receive information as events evolve.
1. Broker evaluation of your information package. Our lists include a core group of brokers who will evaluate the information packages they receive from us.
2(a). Information meetings with small groups of selected individuals. Your key personnel will have an opportunity to present to interested brokers, private investors and analysts. Once this step has been completed, a customized Prime Contact List is then established.
2(b). When you plan to complete a financing (prospectus offering or private placement), the Clark Avenue Company will arrange group presentations to an established base of interested parties.
3. Hand delivery of corporate information to the Prime Contact List and select brokers and individuals, plus mailings, e-mailings and faxes to the Clark Avenue Company's list. This strategy helps to ensure that news and other important information will be read, especially during the all-important relationship-building phase.
4. Image building and continuity. The Clark Avenue Company's services include image evaluation and recommendations. We use our best efforts to develop and maintain a high quality corporate image within the parameters of what is often a limited budget. |
