Richard Cohen, President of Clark Avenue Company Inc.

Richard Cohen is a successful Toronto-based businessman with a background in sales and marketing. He became involved in corporate communications and fund raising in the mid 1980s. He successfully financed several start ups over the next several years. In 1990, he focused his attention on the Canadian “oil patch” and acted as a consultant to several junior oil and gas companies. In 1993, he formed and took Beaver Lake Resources Inc. public, and successfully grew the company from a 55 bopd start up to a 600 bopd company within three years. During the subsequent downturn in the oil patch in the mid 90's, Beaver Lake Resources was sold to an American oil company and privatized. Mr. Cohen then became involved with several other start ups, including Active Control Technology Inc., raising several million dollars for these ventures. In 1999, he became a full-time investor relations and corporate communications consultant, specializing primarily in the oil patch, as well as technology firms. His clients included Sawtooth International Resources, Stealth Ventures Ltd., Active Control Technologies Inc., Halo Resources Ltd., Forum Uranium Corp., Thunderbird Energy Corp., African Gold Group Inc., Aquila Resources Inc., and ILI Technologies (2002) Corp. Richard was also a Vice-President, Director and founder of Richards Oil & Gas Ltd. In late 2005, he formed Mooncor Energy Inc., which recently went public as Mooncor Oil & Gas Corp. In late 2007, he formed Tangcoh Gold Inc., which is a junior gold exploration company, currently undertaking several geophysical surveys in the LakeAbitibi area near the “ Golden Highway.”
